ABOUT ME
Have you ever encountered a gorgeously wrapped box, only to find emptiness inside? Have you ever felt like that box? Adorned with ribbons, yet your spirit longs to break free and achieve something extraordinary, but you feel lost and unsure of your purpose? It's a profound topic, isn't it?
Growing up in Detroit, my family's status shifted from lower to upper-middle class. Despite a painful past, I always believed in greatness. However, I realized it was based on superficiality. I endured abuse (physically, mentally and sexually), Neglect, and numerous traumatic relationships. These experiences shaped my thoughts, decisions, and morals.
I couldn't envision my future like my peers, but I knew I was more than the pain of my past. It took many broken friendships, marriages, depression, anxiety, and numerous suicides attempts to understand my trauma. I hit rock bottom, questioning my purpose and happiness.
But now, I am the proud owner of Untangled Thoughts Network. As a certified Life coach/consultant, I transform lives, helping high achievers permanently unleash their potential. My methods include PQ reps, behavior/habit change, recognizing how to create self-love and creating balance. I found peace in my own journey and help my clients and those around me find the same.
Today, I am truly happy. I smile from the inside projecting that love to the outside. I no longer hide my pain or depend on others to fill my cup. I've overcome guilt, shame, and regret. I can't change the past, but I've grown from it. I'm not defined by who I was; I've become strong and resilient, and I AM NOT MY TRAUMA-I AM MY HEALING!
In life, we have choices: stay frustrated and stuck or make positive changes. I'm here to guide you. Believe in the process and take the leap of faith! It will be the best most important investment you will make in yourself and for the world around you!
